Our School
Growing in Grace Toward 2030
The St. Emilie’s Catholic Primary School Strategic Plan ‘Growing in Grace Toward 2030’ outlines to our community the school’s plan of growing in grace together as we approach 2030.
The plan was created in consultation with all school stakeholders, starting with the children in our care. Stakeholders were able to share their hopes and dreams for our school, naming opportunities for growth.
Our School Strategic Plan aligns with the CEWA Strategic Initiatives, and we are very excited to go on this journey with all at St Emilie’s.
School Performance Reports
In accordance with Catholic Education Office and Department of Education and Training policies, St Emilie’s Catholic Primary School publishes a yearly performance report.
This report provides parents and the community with information about how the school has met its strategic direction by outlining progress against the Annual School Improvement Plan (ASIP), relevant financial and infrastructure information and other matters determined by the school to be of general interest.
The following links will provide you with the school’s performance reports for the last six years.
Catholic School Improvement Plan
At St Emilie’s Catholic Primary School, the Catholic School Improvement Plan (CSIP) guides our ongoing commitment to delivering a high-quality Catholic education.
The CSIP outlines our Strategic Intents, Staff Formation Planning, Improvement Goals, and Progress Milestones. It provides a clear framework for decision-making across the school community, aligning with the Catholic Education Commission of Western Australia’s (CECWA) Strategic Initiatives.
Our Improvement Goals help us gather data, monitor progress, and focus on actions that have the greatest impact. Through this plan, we ensure continuous growth and embed practices that support a thriving, faith-filled learning environment for all students.
The following links will provide you with our current CSIP.
