Our Community

St Emilie de Vialar Parish

St Emilie’s Catholic Primary School enjoys a strong connection with the St Emilie de Vialar Parish and close relationship with our Parish Priest, Fr. Jean-Noël Marie.

The parish community is rich in diversity, with parishioners from a range of different nationalities and cultures. The school and parish work closely together to ensure faith development is meaningful and engaging for our students and the wider community.

Each year, students in Year Three, Four and Six have the opportunity to participate in the parish-based, family-focused, school supported Sacramental Programs of Penance (Reconciliation), Eucharist (Holy Communion) and Confirmation.

Message from our Parish Priest

“We are and continue to be a welcoming, vibrant parish community that encourages active participation through social and faith formation activities that have relevance to members of our Canning Vale community, so that a strong sense of belonging is engendered.”

God Bless.
