We have had a busy and fun start to Term 3!
Here are some of the things we have been getting up to.
We have enjoyed exploring our new play areas. Our new play areas include; a fruit market, money table, shape table and a teacher role play area.

Roger – “I like the money area because we can play games and win”
Gabriella -“I like the fruit market because I like buying stuff and learning about different fruits”
In maths this term we will be learning about money. To support our learning of money we made two piggy banks. 2 Blues piggy bank is called Bluey and 2 Gold’s piggy bank is called Goldie. We have been using the piggy banks to save money for a fun reward at the end of the term. We earn money by…

In Religion we have been learning about how our families are different and similar. To learn more about the similarities and differences in our families we have been making family trees. They aren’t finished yet, but here’s what we have done so far.
Oliver – “Some of our families are older and some are younger”
Oscar – “Some families come from different countries”
Mila – “Some families are bigger than other families”
Naidoc Week 2021 – Heal Country
We read the story ‘The rainbow serpent’ and made a rainbow serpent to symbolise our learning journey together.
Amelia – “We made a rainbow serpent because aboriginal people believe that the rainbow serpent made the land”
