St Emilie’s Parish 2017 Sacramental Program Enrolments
I am pleased to inform parents who have children making either 1st Reconciliation, 1st Holy Communion or Confirmation in 2017 that Enrolment Forms are available in the church foyer for parents to enrol their children in the Parish Sacramental Program.
For your information dates and times of Commitment Masses are also on the Board. Please note there is no need to sign-up for a Commitment Mass, please come along to the mass you would usually attend or to the mass that best suits your family.
Forms can be collected after Mass, or during opening times of the Church as follows:
- Wednesday to Friday 5.30 pm – until after 6pm for Evening Mass.
- Wednesday mornings for 8.45 till after the 9am Mass
- Tuesday afternoon from 3.00pm till after the 6pm evening Mass.
- Weekend masses Sat. 6.30pm, Sun. 7.15am, 9am and 5pm. The church is open at least 1 hour prior to all weekend masses.

Confirmation Masses Register and Parent & Child Workshop Information
Dear Parents
The sign-up sheets for the Confirmation masses will be available in the church foyer from Saturday 20 August 2016. The masses are due to be held on the following dates and the number of candidates at each mass will be limited. If you have particular dates, times that are best for your family, We suggest you go to the 6.30pm mass on Saturday to ensure you have the date you require. For other Mass times when the church is open, please go the parish website for more information.

Sunday 6 November at 9am Mass
Sunday 6 November at 5pm Mass
Prior to the actual Confirmation Masses, the next step in the preparation process is the Parent & Child Confirmation Workshop and it is very important that your child attend with either both or at least one parent. The date is as follows:
- Wednesday 19 October at 5pm and 6.30pm
The workshops will take place in the School Hall, and this year there is no need for prior registration of which session you will attend. Just choose the session you will attend, and register that you are present when you arrive.

First Eucharist
This weekend we celebrate the first of our First Eucharist Masses – such a special and exciting time for our Community.
Please follow the link below to read an important letter from Lyn Harkins, our Parish Sacramental Coordinator, regarding rehearsals for the First Eucharist Masses.
All children and at least one parent are asked to attend the rehearsal, if possible. At the rehearsal we will require information regarding how many family/guests you are expecting to attend your child’s mass so seating can be allocated.
Please remember to bring some non-perishable food items to donate to the Community Basket at your child’s First Eucharist Mass.

If you have particular dates, times that are best for your family, I suggest you go to the church before 6.30pm mass on Saturday to ensure you have the date you require.
