Super hero Order Form – ready for school disco!
Dear Parents,
A reminder that this year’s P&F SCHOOL DISCO is on Friday 29th July.
The theme of the disco is SUPERHEROES! To help you along, we have a number of super capes all ready to go from the fete – please read the order form below and you can sort out your child’s costume and support the school at the same time!!
The Kindy to Year 2 disco runs from 4:30-5:30pm and the Year 3 to 6 disco runs from 6-7:30pm. Tickets are $5.00 at the door.
Orders must be received ASAP. Thank you!

St Emilie’s Class Rep Guide and Reps 2016
Each year we call for one, (or more parents if preferred), to represent their class by:
- helping to organise a whole class get together each term – e.g. at a park
- reminding your class families about P&F and school events coming up
- being a friendly, wise and positive voice in our community
- supporting the P&F by encouraging parents to volunteer for various initiatives
- keeping a pastoral eye out and letting the leadership team know of any concerns or
- problems that we may be able to help with
- compiling a class contact list email + phone (with parent permission)
This role does not need to be onerous at all – it is really what you make it!
What a wonderful opportunity for building genuine community here at St Emilie’s however by being a great Rep in our school!
Here is a bit of a guide as to what we ask of those who put their hand up for this role:

Now that the flurry of the fete is over, we can focus on trying to fill the rep positions.
If you would like to take on this special role in our community please email or phone the front office and leave your name and contact details along with the class that you are interested in representing. If we have more than one name we will phone you and see what we can work out!

As you can see there are still a few empty spots. If you have volunteered and your name does not appear below, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The next thing that will happen is that we will be emailing each family using the new P&F email address: pandf@secps.edu.com.au

Can you assist us please? A few more items needed…
Dear Families,
Thank so much for all your wonderful support with donations – we are really grateful for getting behind the fete which should be a fantastic day for all!
If you are still getting around to it please note that we don’t need any more lollies, however we DO need :
milk arrowroot biscuits
plain corn chips
mild salsa
smarties
self raising flour
icing sugar
If you can assist please let the Office know what you can provide and drop items into the office when you are next free. Thank you!
Likewise, if you have any little trinkets or dinky toys in excellent condition, or mini pencils, stationery, etc that might make a good surprise for the filled jars we would love to get some more of these things too please!
We are also needing card tables for the cafe.
